- Prepare 6 boiled potatoes

Instructions to make Bread pakoda:
- Take besan in a bowl add ajwain,red chilli powder,salt and water and make a batter. Batter should not be too thick nor too thin mix well. There should bi no lumps.
- In another bowl take boiled potatoes and smash it. Add red chilli powder chaat masala,hing,jeera,garam masala,salt,coriander and mix well.
- Take a kadai and keep oil for frying. Spread the potato mixture on the bread slice evenly and cover it with another bread slice. Cut into half and deep in besan batter and deep fry.
