  3. Provide 1/2 cup suji / semolina
  4. Get 1/2 cup curd

  6. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  7. You need 1 tbsp oil
  8. Take 1/4 tsp baking powder
  9. Prepare as needed Oil for frying
  10. Take For chole:-
  11. You need 2 cup chickpeas
  12. Use 3-4 medium size onion
  13. You need 2 green chilli
  14. Get 2 small tomato
  15. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  16. You need 8-10 garlic cloves
  17. Use 1 " ginger piece
  18. Get 1-1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. Get 2 tbsp coriander powder
  20. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  21. Get 1 tbsp chole masala
  22. Get 1 pinch ajwain / carom
  23. Take 1 Pinch hing / asafoetida
  24. Prepare 1-2 bay leaf
  25. Provide 1 star anise
  26. Provide 4-5 black pepper
  27. You need 1 cinnamon stick
  28. Take 2-3 clove
  29. Use 1-2 cordamom(black &green)
  30. Get 1 tbsp tamarind pulp/Amchur powder
  31. Provide 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  32. You need 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
  33. Prepare 1 tea bag /1 tsp tea leaves
  34. Get to taste Salt
  35. Prepare 4 tbsp Oil
Steps to make Chole Bhature:
  1. For bhatura:- take a bowl put maida,suji, curd, salt,baking soda,baking powder and mix well now add sufficient water to make soft dough now apply oil to it and let it rest for 2 hours
  2. Now knead dough and make small balls and roll it with rolling pin like a puri
  3. Now heat oil in a kadai and fry bhaturas till light golden colour
  4. Now crispy bhatura is ready
  5. For chole :- soak chickpea with pinch of baking soda in sufficient water for 7-8hour
  6. Now change the water of chickpea
  7. Now put chickpeas in cooker with sufficient water and add tea bag,1clove,2- 3 garlic clove, 2-3black pepper,1cinnamon stick,1 cardamom and cover the lid and take 4-5 whistle. (If tea bag is not available then take muslin cloth and put tea and cover properly and put a knot to it.)
  8. Now open the cooker and remove tea bag
  9. Take a jar put onions, green chilli,ginger,garlic and grind it
  10. Now take a pan put oil heat it and add bay leaf, cumin seed, staranise, clove, cardamom, cinnamon stick, pinch of hing and ajwaIn and stir it - Now add onion paste and saute it Now add finely chopped tomato and saute for few minutes
  11. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder, chole masala powder and mix well
  12. Now add chole and salt and stir well
  13. Now add tamarind pulp/Aamchur powder - Add some water and cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame
  14. Now add chopped coriander - Chole is ready
  15. Serve chole bhature with onions ring and lemon
