The ingredients needed to make Chena Payas:
- Take 1 ltr Full Fat Milk
- Prepare 500 ml Ful Fat Milk for chena
- Prepare 2 cups sugar
- You need as needed Few strands of Kesar
- Get 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Use 1 full lime juice
- Get 1/2 tsp yellow food colour
Steps to make Chena Payas:
- Heat 1 ltr milk in one vessel
- Heat 500 ml milk in another vessel
- Crush 1 tsp sugar and Kesar together. Make cardamom powder
- Now when the milk is boiled 1ltr, in this add Kesar, sugar and cardamom powder
- And in the 500 ml add lime juice and make Chena.
- Smash the Chena and add yellow food colour and again mix well. Make all balls
- In one vessel make chasni and add the balls, cover and cook for 6-7 mins.
- Remove from the chasni and add the balls in the prepared milk.
- Garnish with Kesar and serve
