- Take Chole and put it into a cooker and add salt,water and tea bag. Cover it with a lid and soak it for overnight.
- Heat ghee in a wok, add cumin seeds. when they crackle, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
- Now add kasturi methi and everest sabji masala and mix it well.
- Now add tomato puree along with green chilli paste and mix it well.
- Add all the dry spice powders(chana masala powder,kashmiri lal mirch powder,kitchen king masala) and mix all.
- Now add boiled chole and mix well and add boiled chole water if required.
- Now add salt and mix it well now cover it a flat plate and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add chopped coriander and mix well.
