- Provide 1 tea spoon Red Chilli powder
- Use 2 tea spoon Turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder / coriander

- Provide 1/2 tea spoon jeera powder / cumin powder
- Use 4 tbsp Water
- You need as per taste Salt
- You need For Besan Kadhi:-
- Prepare 1 Cup Besan / gram flour
- Prepare 2 cup Curd
- Provide 1/4 Tea spoon hing / asafoetida
- Provide 1/2 tea spoon Methi seeds / fnugreek
- You need 2 Dry Red Chilli
- Take 6-8 Curry patta / curry leaves
- Get 1 tea spoon Cumin Seeds
- You need 1 tea spoon Mustard Seeds
- Prepare 3 Cup Water
- Provide as per taste Salt
- Get For Tadka:-
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee
- Take 4-5 Curry patta / curry leaves
- Prepare 1 tea spoon Cumin and rai Seeds / mustard seds
- Use 1 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder
Steps to make Panjabi Pakoda Kadhi:
- For Pakoda:- Add all the ingredients for pakora Except oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat oil in pan.Take a scoop of pakora mix and add to oil.
- Cook Pakora till golden brown.
- Cool it on tissue paper.
- For masala paste:-Take one bowl mix red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and salt.Now in this masala add water. Mix it well.
- For Besan Kadhi:-Take big bowl add besan, curd and water. - Mix it well.
- Heat pan add rai, jeera, red chilli, hing, methi, curry patta.
- Now add masala paste which we made in pan. Mix it well.fry it.
- Now add the Besan,curd mixture to the pan.
- Add water, Salt and mix well.Cook till it thickens in consistency. Stir in between.
- Now add the Pakoras to the Kadhi and cook for 5 more minutes.
- For Tadka:- - Take a pan. Add Ghee, Cumin and rai seeds. Off the flame. - Now add red chilli powder. - Add this mix on the Kadhi.
Serve the Kadhi Pakora most often along with hot Steamed Rice or Tawa. For making kadhi pakora, I have used homemade yogurt. But Punjabi kadhi has two different elements - kadhi and pakora. Thus it is little time consuming but not hard to make. Punjabi Kadhi Pakora dish is quite richly flavored with an assortment of spices ranging from cloves and cinnamon to fenugreek and coriander seeds.
