  2. Mash the paneer till it forms a smooth dough.
  3. Now add khoya and mash well.
  4. Further more, add maida and combine with paneer khoya mixture.
  5. Add a pinch of baking powder and water or milk if required to get moisture.
  6. Mix gently to form a smooth dough.
  7. Also prepare stuffing by mixing dry fruits andcolour with prepared dough. make balls.
  8. Firstly, take a small ball sized dough and make ball.
  9. And place the prepared dry fruit ball in centre.
  10. Cover and seal the ball. - heat the ghee or oil on low flame and when the ghee is moderately hot, fry the jamuns.
  11. Immediately, drop the hot kala jamuns into hot sugar syrup.
  12. Cover the lid and rest for 2 hours.
  13. Before serving kala cot with dessiccated coconut.
