  1. Prepare 1 coconut
  2. Use 1/2 cup milk
  3. Prepare 3-4 tbsp ghee
  4. You need 1/4 cup sugar or as per sweetness
  5. Take 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Get 1 pinch saffron

  1. First remove coconut from it's shell and remove it's outer brown part too with the help of knife.
  2. Now chop the coconut into small pieces and put in a grinder jar to grind.add little milk while grinding.
  3. Now heat a pan with ghee,add ground coconut and cook for 4 -5 mins.on low to medium flame.
  4. After that add milk and stir well,add saffron (soaked in milk) and cool covered for 4-5 mins.until it becomes thick.
  5. Then add cardamom powder and mix well.add sugar and mix and cook for another 3-4 mins.until moisture evaporates.
