- Prepare 200 gms Paneer
- Prepare 1 tbsp black mustard seeds
- Use 2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- Take 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- Use 1 tsp turmeric powder
- You need 4-5 green chillies
- You need to taste Salt

Instructions to make Paneer paturi:
- Firstly make square slices of the paneer. Deep it into lukewarm water for 2 mins, it makes the paneer soft but you can skip it if you want.
- In a blender jar take both black and yellow mustard, poppy seeds, salt as per your taste, turmeric powder, green chilli,little water and make a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl take the mustard mixture and 2 tbsp of mustard oil then mix well. Now add the paneer slices and mix with gentle hand and keep it aside for 15 mins.
- Now take a paneer slice with some masala on a banana leaf. Add a slitted green chilli and tie it with a thread. Repeat the process with all paneer slices. The slitted green chillis are optional but it tastes really good after being cooked.
- Heat a Tawa or a pan, add little oil and then place the paturis (paneer wraps) and cook for 2 to 3 mins on each side keeping the flame on medium to low.
- Your paneer paturi is ready to serve with some hot steamed rice.
