The ingredients needed to prepare Moong Dal Chilla:
  1. Use 1 cup mix Lentil Dal(yellow and green dal)
  2. Provide 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  3. Use 4-5 Green Chilli Paste
  4. Use Salt as per taste
  5. Prepare Hand full of coriander
  6. Prepare 2-3 tsp oil
Steps to make Moong Dal Chilla:
  1. Soak both the lentil dals for 5-6 hours.
  2. Take a grinder add soaked dal, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and add little water. Make smooth paste.
  3. Take it out in the bowl. Add salt and more water so it become a nice batter for chilla.
  4. Add chopped coriander. Mix it well. Keep it for rest atleast for 2-3 hrs.
  5. After resting the batter. Put non stick plate on medium flame. put 3 -4 spoon of batter on it and spread it like Chilla. It will take 2 min for one side. Drop some oil drops and just turn to next side mor 2 min and it's done.
  6. Serve with mix salad, ketchup and green garlic chutney.
