The ingredients needed to prepare Moong Dal Chilla:
- Use 1 cup mix Lentil Dal(yellow and green dal)
- Provide 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Use 4-5 Green Chilli Paste
- Use Salt as per taste
- Prepare Hand full of coriander
- Prepare 2-3 tsp oil
Steps to make Moong Dal Chilla:
- Soak both the lentil dals for 5-6 hours.
- Take a grinder add soaked dal, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and add little water. Make smooth paste.
- Take it out in the bowl. Add salt and more water so it become a nice batter for chilla.
- Add chopped coriander. Mix it well. Keep it for rest atleast for 2-3 hrs.
- After resting the batter. Put non stick plate on medium flame. put 3 -4 spoon of batter on it and spread it like Chilla. It will take 2 min for one side. Drop some oil drops and just turn to next side mor 2 min and it's done.
- Serve with mix salad, ketchup and green garlic chutney.
