- Use 125 grams unroasted rava or sooji
- Use 1/5 cup sugar or add as required
- Take 4 tablespoon ghee
- Take 10-12 cashews
- Use 1 tablespoon raisins
- Provide 1/4 th tablespoon cardamom powder
- Use 3-4 pineapple Slices
- Take 1.5 cup water
- Get 1-2 drops pineapple essence
- Provide 1-2 drops natural yellow food colour (optional)

Instructions to make Pineapple rava seera/pudding:
- To make pineapple kesari/flavor for sheera, first chop pineapples into small pieces. In a pan, take those chopped pineapples and 1.5 cups of water and 1/5 cup sugar. Add 1-2 drops of natural colour and pineapple essence. Keep the pan on medium flame and stir well while cooking it. Bring it to boil and while simmering it, keep stirring so that the sugar dissolves well. When the consistency is good, it is ready to be added in the rawa mix. Rawa mix is to be prepared on other flame simultaneously.
- To roast rava,Take another pan.put 4tbps ghee and heat it.
- Then add 10-12 cashews Right after adding cashews,add rava and stir well.Stir and saute the mix until cashew and rava turns a light golden brown and you see ghee realigning from the sides.
- Do it for 3-4 minutes until rava is ready and looks cooked. But keep stirring so that rava mix don't go brown in colour.
- Now when both rava is roasted and pineapple is ready boiled,mix it in the pan together. Pour the pineapple mixture into rava pan.
- Stir briskly and quickly so that lumps are not formed while mixing it. Keep the flame slow and let rava absorb the water.
- Add raisins, stir well.
- In just above 4-5minutes,rava will soften up and the pineapple Sheera will be ready to serve.
- Garnish it with Kesar or extra dry fruits on the top and it is ready to eat.
- (Note:you can take more quantity and add the ingredients proportionately if you want to have more quantity of sheera)
