- You need 2 cup maida
- Take 1/2 cup sooji
- Use Little bit baking soda
- Use 2 tbsp curd

- Prepare 2 cup soaked chole
- Take 1 Tea bag
- Take 2 big onion paste
- Provide 2-3 Green chilli
- Use 4 tomatoes (puree)
- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare Taste according salt
- Prepare Dry masale -
- Take 1 tez patta
- Use 1 black cardamom
- You need 1/2 tsp jeera
- You need 2-3 clove
- Take 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
- Use 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Take 1/2 tsp coriander masala
- Get 1 tbsp chana masala
- You need 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch
- Get 2 tbsp Chopped green coriander
Instructions to make Chole Bhature:
- Making bhature:- maida, baking soda,sooji,curd,salt or 2tbsp oil daal kar gungune pani se dough tyar kar lein or 2-3 ghante ke liye wet cloth se dhak kar rakh de.
- Dough ki gol roti bnakr deep fry karein.
- For Chole:- soaked chano me tea bag daal kar 4-5 whistle lagakar boil kar lein.
- Tadka :- pre heated kadhai me 2tbsp oil daale…..oil garam hone par dry masale add karein…..
- Then ginger garlic paste or finely chopped green chilli add karein thodi der pakaye.
- Then onion paste add karein…..light brown hone de…… Now tomato puree add karein.
- Ab isme sare powerd spices add karein (except -garam masala)…..oil chodne tak tadka pakaye.
- Ab tea bag nikal kar boiled chane tadke me add krde or thoda paani daalke 10-15 min pakaye.
- End me kasuri methi crush kar ke or garam masala add karein 2-3 min pakaye.
- Finely chopped coriander leaves daal kar serve karein.
