  1. Take a pan add 2-3 spoon oil add muster seed
  2. Add ggc paste on law flame..when saute ggc add curry patta,turmeric,sugar,lemon juice,and mix very well
  3. Add boil potato and salt mix it very well
  4. 5 minit on law flame and turn off flame
  5. Cool the mixer of aloo..on room tempreture mixture to make ball of vada
  6. Take a bowl add besan,turmeric,salt,red mirch,ajwayn in it mix and add water to pakoda's better
  7. Vada to press for hand and cover pakoda's better
  8. Deep fry in oil fast law flame.. Pakoda is ready..
  9. Take a bowl add curd and Besan and gruind the mixter
  10. Take a pan add oil muster seed in it..add turmeric,karipqtt,chopped green mirch in it
  11. Add curd mixture,salt to taste in it.
  12. Mix very well add water..flame on law flame for 10 minit
  13. When kadi is thick to turn off flame..
