- Get 1 cup Indian corn kernels
- Get 1-2 potatoes boiled & peeled
- You need 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)

Steps to make Corn Vada:
- Assemble all the ingredients.
- In a pan take 2 cup of water or as needed with a pinch of salt. Add the corn kernels and boil them for 10 minutes. Then turn off the flame and remove them from the pan.
- Grind the boiled corn kernels to a coarse paste and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add in boiled potatoes, gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, green chillies, salt and curry leaves.
- Then mash the potatoes with the corn paste and mix it up with the other ingredients thoroughly so that everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 10-12 equal portions. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patti. Prepare patties with rest of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Slowly place the patties in hot oil and deep fry them on both sides till golden brown.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve warm with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice.
