The ingredients needed to make Mysore Vada:
- Prepare 1 cup Udad Dal soaked for 4 hours
- Use 1" Ginger grated
- Prepare 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- Get 1/2 Tsp Black salt
- Use 1/4 tsp white salt
- Use 1/8 tsp Hing
- Take 2 tsp Corn flour
- Provide For frying Oil

- Take the soaked Dal and grind to a fine paste with very little water.
- Add salt, hing, grated Ginger, garlic, corn flour. And mix well.
- Now whisk the batter in clock wise for 10 mins. This will aerate the batter and it will become fluffy.
- To check if the batter done,take water in a bowl put some batter in it. If it floats it's done.
- Take oil in a kadai and fry the vadas.
- Serve with green chutney or Coconut chutney r any chutney of your choice.
