  1. Prepare 1 cup Udad Dal soaked for 4 hours
  2. Use 1" Ginger grated
  3. Prepare 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  4. Get 1/2 Tsp Black salt
  5. Use 1/4 tsp white salt
  6. Use 1/8 tsp Hing
  7. Take 2 tsp Corn flour

Instructions to make Mysore Vada:
  1. Take the soaked Dal and grind to a fine paste with very little water.
  2. Add salt, hing, grated Ginger, garlic, corn flour. And mix well.
  3. Now whisk the batter in clock wise for 10 mins. This will aerate the batter and it will become fluffy.
  4. To check if the batter done,take water in a bowl put some batter in it. If it floats it's done.
  5. Take oil in a kadai and fry the vadas.
  6. Serve with green chutney or Coconut chutney r any chutney of your choice.
