  1. Take a tawa on the oven, add cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, dry red chilli & black pepper seeds then broil it well.
  2. Next pour it in a mixing grinder & grind it.Now dahi vada masala is ready.
  3. Take a bowl & put the chicken Keema in it, then add onion, ginger,garlic paste, red chilli, cumin, coriander,garam masala powder, salt,sugar to taste & mix it well.
  4. Then add maida & corn flour mix well.
  5. Next from the mixture prepare small round vadas.
  6. Take a kadai on oven add oil, once oil is hot add vadas, & fry it well.
