- Dry roast all the achari masala ingredients at first. Make a fine powder. In a pan, heat oil and saute the ginger garlic paste at first. Followed by the onion and cabbage until translucent.
- Add hung curd and all the spices. Saute them all for a minute on a low to medium-high heat. Now add the achari masala spice and the mince. Cover and cook until done for about 18 minutes.
