  1. Take 10-12 pcs Shark Dry fish
  2. Provide 10 Shallots
  3. Provide 2 green chillies
  4. Provide 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  5. Use 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. Get 1 inch small piece Ginger
  7. Use 1/4 cup Coconut
  8. Provide 1/2 cup Raw mango cut into small pieces

  1. Take a mud chatti/vessel.
  2. Take a mortar and pestle crush 5 to 6 shallots, ginger, slit the chilli. Add these to the chutti add Curry leaves,chilli powder, turmeric powder, raw mango add a tablespoon of coconut oil and give a mix.
  3. Grind the coconut to paste add this to the mixture and add 1to 2 cups water.
  4. Boil the mixture to curry consistency then add dry fish boil it for few mins.
  5. Heat a pan add oil then add finely chopped shallots and curry leaves. Add this to the curry mixture.
  6. Note: dry fish contains salt.Taste the curry and then add the salt.
