Instructions to make Mutton stew:
  1. Heat the pressure cooker and then add oil, cumin and whole spices.
  2. When they splutter add slit green chillies and chopped onions, fry until light golden in color.
  3. Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Then add the washed mutton, salt, turmeric and tomatoes, fry till the oil separates.
  5. Add three cups of water and pressure cook for few minutes till the meat is half done.
  6. Now open the cooker carefully and add the potatoes, again give three whistles in pressure cooker.
  7. Open the cooker and add the coconut powder dissolved in water, cook till the stew is little thick.
  8. Leave it on low flame for a while and then switch of the fire. Add mint and coriander. Mutton stew is ready. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with hot naan.
