- You need 1 k diced mutton
- Get 3 onions
- You need 5 cloves garlic
- Use 1 tsp white pepper
- Take 1 tbsp medium curry powder
- Use 1 tsp tomato puree
- You need 1 bunch coriander
- You need black mustard seeds
- Get 2 carrots finely diced
- Provide 1 green pepper finely diced
- Take 1 lrg cup white rice
- Get 1 can full fat coconut milk
- Get 1 tbsp desicated coconut
- Take salt
- Use lamb/goat stock
- Get 1 lemon
- Prepare pineapple or mango chutney to serve

- To a pan add some oil, then fry off onions and garlic on a low heat so it cooks slowly, then add all the powder and seeds. cook off for a few mins to release the oils.
