- You need For dough
- You need 1 cup wheat flour

- Get 2 tbsp Malai/ cream of milk

- Provide 1 tsp green chilli paste
- Provide 1 tsp dry mango powder

- Prepare 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- Prepare Pinch asafoetida
- Provide as needed Ghee for shallow frying
- Use as needed Tomato sauce for serving
- Provide as needed Wheat flour for rolling
Steps to make 2G Paratha:
- For dough
- Mix all the ingredients and add enough water to bind medium soft dough and keep aside.
- Then heat oil and put cumin and asafoetida and allow to crackle.
- Then add green chilli paste and saute for a while
- Then add carrots and cabbage and saute till it gets cooked
- Then add turmeric, sugar, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, chole masala, chaat masala and mix.
- Then add salt and mix well
- Lastly add coriander and mix well and keep aside
- Now make ball of the dough and roll on wheat flour and place on rolling plate
- Roll to a roti and place the stuffing to half portion of the roti
- Fold to a semi circle and seal the edges with a fork
- Shallow fry on hot tawa using ghee till golden on both the sides.
- Cook on both sides
- Serve hot with ketchup
