  1. Provide 1/2 kg mutton

  2. Boil the mutton along with galric cloves and 1 Tsp salt + sabat masala.
  3. Separate the yakhni and add boiled mutton in fried onions.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and all the spices (red chilli powder, Salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Add chopped green chillies.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Masala for pulao is ready.Time to add yakhni.
  6. Add left over yakhni.yakhni + 2 glass water (total:5).Cook at high flame.
  7. When it begins to boil.Add soaked rice in it. Mix carefully. Cook at high flame till water dries.Cover it and let it simmer for 10 minutes
