- Provide 1/2 kg mutton
- Take 3 glass rice (soaked)

- Boil the mutton along with galric cloves and 1 Tsp salt + sabat masala.
- Separate the yakhni and add boiled mutton in fried onions.
- Add chopped tomatoes and all the spices (red chilli powder, Salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Add chopped green chillies.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes. Masala for pulao is ready.Time to add yakhni.
- Add left over yakhni.yakhni + 2 glass water (total:5).Cook at high flame.
- When it begins to boil.Add soaked rice in it. Mix carefully. Cook at high flame till water dries.Cover it and let it simmer for 10 minutes
