- Add chopped carrot,chopped olkopi/turnip,/soya mini chunks, chopped potatoes,chopped tomato,green peas to the pressure cooker.
- Add roasted dalia, oats.Wash fry moong dal(yellow) properly & add with dalia to the pressure cooker.
- Add 5 cups of water along with salt, turmeric powder, ginger powder(saunth powder).
- Cook the mixture in the pressure cooker till 1 whistle & then turn off the flame.
- Serve it hot with carrot, cucumber,curd salad.
