- Get 500 gram mutton
- Provide 1 big onion

- Grind onion,ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, coriander leaf, pepper and turmeric to a smooth paste keep it aside
- Grind coconut, poppy seeds, chilli powder and dhaniya powder to a smooth paste and keep it aside
- Heat the oil and ghee in pressure cooker add little green masala and add mutton, salt fry for 5 min. addremaining green masala cook for 5 min
- Add coconut masala and water, pressure cook for 5-6 whistle.
