- Initially fry one onion,half cup coconut and all whole garam masala mentioned in the ingredients in one tablespoon of oil till it turns golden brown..let it cool and later grind
- Marinate the washed mutton with turmeric powder red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste for two hours
- Heat a pan add three tablespoon of ghee and oil mix.Add two finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and two tomatoes And fry on Sim gas till the oil leaves the pan
- Now add the marinated mutton and fry very well.add one cup of warm water and let it cook..When it's 80 % cooked add the mutton masala and salt
- Now it's time to add the main paste of coconut and onions which gives the flavor and taste to the mutton and cook till done garnish with corinder leaves
- Now Mutton masala ready to serve with Roti or steam rice
