  18. Use 1 cup Oil
  19. Use Garam masala(1 bey leaf, 2 green cardamom,1 badiyan phool,

Instructions to make Mutton pulao:
  1. 1st step.. yakhni ready process…take a pressure cooker and add mutton half kg
  2. Also add in pressure cooker 1 medium size onion and 7 piece of garlic add half teaspoon black pepper and 1 tablespoon salt add 2 cups of water then cover lid and note down 10 minutes pressure after 10 minutes your mutton is tender stain yakhni in a jar and mutton ready to add in pulao masala
  3. 2nd step… take a pan add 1 cup oil add all sabat garam masala add onions then fry until onion is brown now onion is brown add ginger garlic green chilli paste and cook 2 minutes after this add boiled mutton as I told boiled method firstly now fry mutton 4 to 5 minutes then add tomatoes puree now cover lid for 5 minutes after this add 2 to 4 tablespoon mutton yakhni and string for 1 minute
  4. 3rd step… take a 5 tablespoon yoghurt add all spices mix it well then this mixture add in mutton and fry untel yoghurt water is dry
  5. 4rth step.. when mutton yoghurt gravy water dry completely add 1 and half litre water then wait for 1 boil after 1 boil add half kg rice and mix all rice in mutton gravy water
  6. 5th step…. when rice water completely dry now it's time to cover lid for 15 minutes after 15 minutes take out lid and gently mix all the rice sooo rice ready
  7. 6th step… dish out time for garnish onion tomato lemon green chilli mint
