Steps to make Kabab:
- In mixing bowl add keema(I used chicken keema),finely chopped onion and green chilli
- Add all spices step by step ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cumin seeds powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,lemon juice,chopped coriander and mints leaves,black salt as per taste and salt as per taste.mix well and make nice batter
- For smoky flavour,brun 1 small piece of coconut shell put in bowl and add ghee in that cover with plate
- With help of kabab stick make kabab shape from batter..step by step make all kabab's
- On low medium flame heat pan put oil.shallow fry the all kabab step by step still become golden brown
