- Provide 400 g - 450g minced mutton

- Use 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/4 grated Nutmeg

- Take 1/4 chopped Coriander leaves
- Provide 1 tbsp finely chopped green Chilies
- You need 4 tbsp roasted Gram Flour

- Grind all ingredients mentioned under to grind section. Add to minced mutton. Knead for 7-8 minutes so that mutton gets marinated well. Keep aside for 2 hours
- Add besan, egg, green chillies, coriander leaves to marinated mutton. Mix well. Knead like dough. Add additional besan if required
- Take small portion. Shape like ball and flatten it. Do until completed
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Fry in ghee until brown on all sides on medium heat.Do not substitute ghee for oil. Ghee brings right flavour for kebabs
- Sprinkle lemon juice and serve warm
