- Now, take oats powder, rava, curd and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Gradually add water to make a medium thick batter. Keep it aside for 30-40 minutes. By the time we will chop all the vegetables.
- After 30 minutes, we look into the batter. If required add little more water to bring it into uttapam batter consistency. Then add baking saoda and mix well.
- Now, heat a tawa, apply some oil on the tawa to make it smooth. Then pour batter on the tawa with the help of a ladle.
