- Prepare 3/4 cup Barnyard Millet
- Take 1/4 cup Moong lentil
- You need 1 tablespoon ghee
- Get 6-7 black peppercorns
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 1/3 tsp Himalayan salt
- You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Roast the cashews in ghee until just light brown color
- Take barnyard Millet and moong lentils and soak it in water
