- Take rice and urad dal in diffrent vessel fill with hlf amount water and keep it for atlst 4hrs
- Then strain the water and grind both rice and urad dal with greenchilli, salt, ginger garlic paste, and blackpepper pwder remove in a vessel and close it tight and keep it in a hot plce so the khamirr comes keep the paste atlst fr 5hrs
- Then wen you preparing it that tym put 1tsp baking soda mix it properly grease the idli pan and keep it fr steam atlst for 10/15mins when it's done remove and have it with chutney and sambhar
- Method of sambhar: Take 1/2cup tur dal in a cooker wash it in dat fill up 11/2glass water, 1tsp red chilli powder,salt,1/2tsp tamarind and jaggery pulp,1/2sliced onion, 1/2tomato, 2tsp everest sambhar masala close the lid and take atlst 4/5 whistle sambhar is cooked then open the lid blend it and then do baghaar of rai,zeera and curryleaves sambhar is ready
- Method of chutney: Take handful of coriander leaves,hlf coconut,1tsp zeera, 1/2tsp salt,1/2tsp ginger garlic paste,2chillies and grind it and then do baghaar of rai,zeera and curryleaves chutney is ready to eat
