  3. Add water,green peas,sugar,and saffron,and turmeric powder for a bright yellowish colour.
  4. Shimmer the heat in a low flame,cover and cook the rice,until all the water is well absorbed. And let it rest for 5 min.garnish it with coconut,and pistachios.
