- Get 1 1/2 Cup Chana Dal
- Take 1 Cup Rice

- Soak 1 1/2 Cup Chana Dal,1 Cup Rice and soak it for 4-5 hours.
- Add 1/2 Cup Curd to it and grind till smooth.Let it ferment for 5-6 Hours.Add Salt per taste,1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,2 tbsp Oil and mix all this properly.
- Now grease Idli mould.Now add 1 tsp Eno (Fruit salt) to the batter and mix the Batter.Now pour into Idli mould and sprinkle some Red Chilli Powder on top
- Steam for 10 minutes till it's cooked properly.Now make a tadka by taking 2 tbsp Oil and add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds,2 tsp Sesame Seeds,3-4 Chopped Green chillies and then pour this tadka over the Idli Dhokla.
- Sprinkle grated Coconut and coriander over the Idli Dhokla.
- Serve hot with Tea and Green Chutney.Now Idli Dhokla is ready.
