- After that add, all the dry masala's : red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and kasturi methi. Now add 2 tbsp of water and saute the masala properly.Then add all the lauki.
- Properly,Mix all the lauki in masala's for 2-3 mins.Then add 1/2 glass of water according to the shorba consistency. Keep it in the medium flame until lauki becomes and all the water dries and become a thick masala.
- Then lastly,add curd.Give a stir and cook it for another 2 mins and turn off the flame.
- Dahi wali lauki is ready to serve hot.
