  1. You need 750 gms Paneer
  2. Take 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  3. Provide 200 gms Curd
  4. Get 3 tbsp Gram Flour /Besan

  2. Keep the paneer mixture in refrigerator for at least 20 min max.
  3. Now apply oil on hand,and start give shape on skewer stick properly and pressed it both edges so that it does'nt come out while frying.
  4. Lastly, in another pan, add 3 tbsp of oil and put your skewer one by one and shallow fry it from all the sides until golden in colour.
  5. Serve hot and garnish it with some coriander leaves and sauce or any chutney.
