- Let it fry for about 10minutes or until your omena starts to feel sort of crispy(not fully crispy) while stiring from time to time to avoid burning
- Add half of your dhania (mostly the stems) and onions and stir…cover your pan and let cook for about 5minutes until the onions are tender
- Now add your tomatoes and stir a little bit then cover for about 10minutes or until your tomatoes are tender
- Mash the tomatoes until a thick soup is formed
- Add your 1C of water pinch of salt and soy sauce (optional) lemon juice and your remaining dhania and stir.Let the soup reduce to your desired level
- Serve with Ugali,steamed skuma wiki and avocado on the side
