- Get 1 tbsp chopped coconut

- Prepare For tempering-
- Take 1 tsp oil
- Provide 1 tsp mustard seeds
- You need 2-4 curry leaves
- Prepare 1/3 dry red chilli
- Prepare Salt as per taste
Instructions to make Stuffed Idli:
- Blend all idli ingredients separately and now mix it.
- Now keep it covered for 8 hours in a spacious container.
- Now cook boiled potatoes in oil tempered with mustard seeds,cumin seeds, green chillies,chana daal,urad daal,crushed roasted peanuts for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt and green coriander leaves in it.
- Now blend all chutney ingredients together and temper it with mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli.
- Now start your idli steamer with some water.
- Now brush your idli maker with oil.
- Now add one spoon batter in it.
- Now put potato filling in disc shape on that batter.
- Now cover it with more idli batter.
- Steam it in high for 12 minutes.
- Let it little cool.
- Now remove it from steamer.
- Serve hot with chutney.
