Instructions to make Stuffed Idli:
  1. Blend all idli ingredients separately and now mix it.
  2. Now keep it covered for 8 hours in a spacious container.
  3. Now cook boiled potatoes in oil tempered with mustard seeds,cumin seeds, green chillies,chana daal,urad daal,crushed roasted peanuts for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add salt and green coriander leaves in it.
  5. Now blend all chutney ingredients together and temper it with mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli.
  6. Now start your idli steamer with some water.
  7. Now brush your idli maker with oil.
  8. Now add one spoon batter in it.
  9. Now put potato filling in disc shape on that batter.
  10. Now cover it with more idli batter.
  11. Steam it in high for 12 minutes.
  12. Let it little cool.
  13. Now remove it from steamer.
  14. Serve hot with chutney.
