- Provide 1/2 kg curd

Instructions to make Dahi kadhi:
- In a bowl add curd and water and whisk. Add little water into besan and make paste. Mix both and add ginger garlic paste, jaggery, dhanya jeera powder and salt mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai add methi Dana hing rai jeera and curry leaves. Add 2-3 crushed garlic and green chillies and coriander leaves. Add haldi powder and mix.
- Pour the curd mixture to it and let it boil on slow flame.
