- Take a kadai add 1 spoon oil and methi heeng when it crackles add our dahi mixture.make it boil for half and hour in slow flame.
- Add pakoras in kadi add kurry leaves or split green chilli.
- Boil for 10 mn again.it's ready to eat with rice
