- In a bowl add Ginger garlic paste,salt,soya sauce, black pepper,sugar paprika, oil,crushed chilli and mustard paste.mix all all them well and marinate chicken cubes in in it for 30 minutes.in a pan heat oil and cook chicken 9 to 10 minutes or until done
- In in separate pan heat oil, add capsicum, tomato, onion,salt and black pepper in it. Saute all the veggies for 2 to 3 minutes and set a side
- In a pan heat oil and then saute garlic in it. Then add half of the marinated chicken in it and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add ketchup,tomato paste, black pepper,chilli flakes,salt hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until reach your desired consistency, then add saute veggies and chicken and mix it
- In a pan bring water to boil, add rice, salt,oil and cook until 80% done. In another pan heat oil and saute garlic in it. Then add carrot, capsicum and cook for a minute. Then add boiled rice, black pepper, soya sauce, food colour and spring onion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and your rice are ready.
