  11. Mix well then cover to simmer for not more than 5minutes.
  12. Add your vegges and add milk in it
  13. Turn well then cover to soften well
  14. Turn it over and remove it.place somewhere to cool..
  15. You can leave it for two days as you use milk to simmer it up for those two days to add the taste….Serve it with Ugali
