- Get 1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
- Take 1 Tsp Kasoori Methi

- You need 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- Provide 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
- Use 1 Tsp Seasam Seeds
- Prepare 2 Tsp Oil
- Get 2 Whole Red Chillies
- Take As needed Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Dahi Aloo:
- Cut potatoes in cubes and keep aside.
- In a bowl take curd. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and Kasoori Methi. Mix properly.
- Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add Cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add whole red chillies, Asafoetida, seasam seeds. Cook for 1 min. Add potatoes and chopped green chillies. Fry.
- Now add curd with all masalas. Stir. Add 1 bowl water. Stir.
- Cook for 5 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
