  1. You need 2 cups poha / flattened rice
  2. Provide 1 cup semolina
  3. You need 1/2 cup curd
  4. Use To taste salt

Instructions to make Poha uttapam:
  1. Wash and soak the poha in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Then strain them from water and grind them with ginger and chilli.
  3. Mix semolina, curd,salt and water with the poha to make a smooth batter.
  4. Heat a tawa or uttapam pan with oil and pour a little amount of batter on it and add the veggies on it and cook them in low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Now your poha uttapams are ready. Serve hot with ketchup by garnishing with some chilli flakes on them.
