- Take 1/2 cup Poha (flattened rice) (wash and soak it)

- Grind the Semolina into more small (not powdered) take out in a bowl.
- In the same grinding jar add soaked Poha. Add ginger, green chillies, 1 tbsp water. Grind it.
- Add more 1 tbsp water grind it. Now add 1 tbsp sour curd. Grind it well in smooth batter.
