- Provide 1/2 cup Poha
- Get 1/2 cup Rava
- Prepare 1/2 cup Curd
- Use 1/2 cup Water

- First soak poha in water for 10-15 mins.
- After 15 mins. Grind poha into a smooth paste. (add water if required.)
- Now in a bowl, add poha paste, rava, curd and water.
- Then add salt and mix it well… Let this batter rest for 20 mins.
- Meanwhile in a bowl add chopped onions tomatoes and coriander and keep the topping ready.
- After 20 mins., heat a non-stick pan. Apply little oil and spread the batter evenly.
