  1. In a bowl soak ½ cup poha in enough water for 5 minutes. - - drain off the water and blend to smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the poha paste to a large bowl. - - add ½ cup rava, ½ cup water, ½ cup curd and ½ tsp salt. - - mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  3. Rest for 20 minutes making sure the rava is soaked well. - - prepare the toppings by taking ½ onion, 5 beans, ½ carrot, ½ capsicum, 2 tbsp coriander and ¼ tsp salt. - - mix well.
  4. Now pour the poha batter into small uttapam. - - top with a tbsp of prepared toppings and press gently. - - sprinkle chilli flakes and pour 1 tsp oil around the uttapam.
  5. Cover and cook for a minute or until the base is cooked well. - - flip over and cook both sides. - - enjoy poha uttapam with tomato sauce.
