The ingredients needed to cook Managu:
  1. Provide 3 bunches managu
  2. Take 1 tbsp oil
  3. Provide 1 tsp salt
  4. Get 1 onion
  5. Provide 2 large tomatoes
  6. Use 1/2 (1 litre) milk
Instructions to make Managu:
  1. Prepare the managu,wash and put to boil for a 45 minutes until ready
  2. Boil until soft. Start the process of frying. Fry the onions until golden brown. Add in tomatoes and cook until soft.

  4. Add salt. Mix very well. After 2 minutes add in 1/2 cup milk boil for a few minutes.
