- Take 1/2 cup poha(beaten rice)
- Provide 1/2 cup semolina
- Provide 1 cup curd
- Provide 1 cup water

Steps to make Poha Dhokla:
- Take a bowl with curd & pour 1 cup waterin it.mix well.
- Grind the poha in the mixie.make powder of it.
- Add poha,semolina,salt & black pepper powder to the curd.Mix well.keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Grease the baking tray with oil.
- Now add 1 tsp of fruit salt & 2 tbsp of water to the batter,.When the bubbles form, mix gently.
- Pour the batter in the baking tray,preheat the microwave at 350 at degree.
- Bake for 5_6 minutes.
- Take another pan, pour 1 tsp of oil with mustard seeds.
- When they start crackle up,switch off the flame.
- Cut the baked dhokla in to 16 pieces & pour mustard seeds on it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot or cold.
