- You need 4-5 boiled potatoes

- First make a normal atta dough and boil potatoes mash the potatoes and add chopped onion, all dry masalas
- Take atta dough and roll it in round shape spread ghee and potato masalas and spread the potato with hands on the dough.
- Then with the help of rolling pin roll the mixture softly and fold the first layer from top.
- Start folding from the top to bottom.
- And make layers and then close the layer by rolling from all the sides.
