The ingredients needed to make Crispy Poha Vada:
- Take 1 cup poha
- Use 1 big size Onion
- Take 4 Green chilli
- Take 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Use 1 tbsp Rava
- Take 2 spoon curd

- Take 1 cup of Poha and rinse it in water.
- After rinsing soak the Poha in water for two minutes.(Too much water to be avoided,pour the water accordingly to the level of poha you have taken)
- After 2 minutes smash the poha in your hand and see that there is no water in the poha
- Add Onions,Chilli,Coriander leaves to the smashed Poha
- Add 2 tbsp of Rice Flour,1 tbsp of Rava
- Add Salt accordingly
- Add 2 spoons of Curd
- Mix all the ingredients well.(With few drops of water according to the consistency of the mixed flour)
