  1. Take 1 cup poha
  2. Use 1 big size Onion
  3. Take 4 Green chilli
  4. Take 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  5. Use 1 tbsp Rava
  6. Take 2 spoon curd
  7. Get as needed Salt
  8. Use Leaves Few Coriander

  1. Take 1 cup of Poha and rinse it in water.
  2. After rinsing soak the Poha in water for two minutes.(Too much water to be avoided,pour the water accordingly to the level of poha you have taken)
  3. After 2 minutes smash the poha in your hand and see that there is no water in the poha
  4. Add Onions,Chilli,Coriander leaves to the smashed Poha
  5. Add 2 tbsp of Rice Flour,1 tbsp of Rava
  6. Add Salt accordingly
  7. Add 2 spoons of Curd
  8. Mix all the ingredients well.(With few drops of water according to the consistency of the mixed flour)
  9. Now the Mixture is ready. Before making the dough check that your hand is wet
  10. Take the Pan,heat it in medium flame.Once the oil is heated up you can put the Poha vada - Leave one side of Vada to fry for two minutes and similarly the other side
