- Oil garam karain is Mein suji ko halka sa bhonian phr is Mein sugar add kar ke mix karain jab sugar melt ho jae tu is Mein Pani green cardamom,orange colour add kar ke slow flame par 10 min tak slow flame par rakh dain
- Poori ke ajza ko mix kar ke Thora Thora water dal ke soft dough bana lain rest for 1/2 hour
- Ab is ke ballsbana kar oil laga kar rakhain and bail kar poorian bana kar fry krain
